I started out with one good strong puff and it lasted for hours to numb my pain and relax me. Love the small design that fits in the palm of my hand. Has a woodsy taste with a dirt aftertaste, so not the greatest flavor but I'm not complaining because I love it's effects. Would highly recommend.
